Catch Up (#13)

Hey, it’s been a while!

This episode is a bit of a catch-up, a bit of a rant, and a bit of a reflection on life, work, and everything in between. I talk about the ongoing challenges with my job, how they’ve been handling my disabilities (spoiler: not well), and why I’m seriously looking to move on. It’s frustrating, exhausting, and honestly, just a bit ridiculous at this point.

I also chat about how I’ve been coping—writing music, planning some podcast projects, and trying to remind myself not to let anger and frustration take over. Speaking of music, I’m working on a new track that’s been 22 years in the making (sort of) and using creativity to process everything.

Plus, I’m gearing up for a big milestone—20 years of podcasting! I’m planning a deep dive into old episodes, which will either be a nostalgic trip or a complete emotional rollercoaster. Maybe both.

I really want to start having guests on the show, so if you fancy a chat about literally anything, let me know! I’m also thinking of adding a way for you to send in voice notes—watch this space.

If you enjoy the podcast and fancy supporting it, you can check out my blog or music below. There’s also a Ko-Fi page if you want to buy me a coffee (because let’s be honest, I probably need it).
